Cleaning new concrete

Hi. I have been asked to clean the concrete of a new Best Buy store. The concrete is only 2 wks. old and already has gum on it and stains. How do you recommend cleaning in order not to etch or damage the concrete? I feel the concrete may still be soft. Any advice?

If it's that new, the gum is also that new. Just approach it with caution. Hot water and low pressure will work. Most of the time new gum is very easy to remove.
