Hi. What do you use to remove dirt, road film, carbon exhaust from surfaces? A hotel on a very busy street would like their walls cleaned from the ground to approx 10ft. high. The walls consist of painted wood and some stucco. There is no mildew or algae. There is plenty of dirt and road film. I have had trouble finding a product which lifts dirt easily. I am trying, if possible, not to have to brush the entir surface. I need some advice. Thanks,
Mark, La.

if you learn how to safely use it use HF acid and 2 step it as in truck washing. This real nasty''as in it could kill you-stuff'' but it works great when you handle it carefully. Maybe you could use PH acid that is safer, look for help from fleet washers they deal with carbon build up everyday. I know 2 stepping with HF acid will work.

The product that we would use is a Sodium Metasilicate based material with a Ph of 12.4. We would apply the detergent with a hose end sprayer, brush and rinse.
