Hello I hope I can get some good feedback about cleaning brick and Hardiplank. I live in Houston. We have a lot of mildew on houses worse than when I lived in Tampa. I'm starting a new business and would like some chemical feedback. I looked at Krudkutter's "House Wash". Contains "sporex" and is biodegradable. I've also heard "bleach" is the answer for everything. I must be careful. My neigbor got his house cleaned and the fumes from the bleach was incredible, not only that it corroded his exterior hardware and screens. I'll be doing exclusivley houses while I'm getting my business started. I also spotted www.sprayandforget.com. Take a look at this and let me know.
