well first cuz it's not a fleet and there is not just one "kind" of trk........... meaning different trks. are going to have different cleaning needs............. and different applications.................. chrome-tanks, spoilers , chrome whells ,etc...... ....some might want it brushed..others may not want a brush on it.......... It is going to be a "learning experience" for you.
When it's a fleet and same type of trks. for the most part it's all the same type of wash............... be prepared to have different types of cleaning products on board.
your "dwelling time " will vary........... on temp. and the type of soap you use.
Up-stream wash is a gr8 way to wash once you get the hang of it and learn your dilution rates........... down stream works gr8 as well dilution rates vary with the two............... Pre spray is another application that works gr8 .......either way untill you get the hang of it dont let it "DWELL" long.......... Once you see how your soap is responding with the temp. outside.......and your dilution of soap being used. ...... That is when you will beable to answer most of your own questions !!!!!!!
Seems to me if there is'nt many washers doing single trks...... it is one or two reasons........... They dont know how.......... `er they know the different factors involved
Heat is also a big factor or trks. if `ya dont have heat and you realy dont have your dilution rate down............ I would think about buying a hot h20 washer.
as far as cleaning chems..........call Mr. Mark @ Pressure Washer Zone !!
There is tons of different trk. wash soaps.......alot of them are not worth bucket it comes in
