Tyre Marks

Does anyone know the best way of removing tyre marks from a concrete surface, I've been asked to bid on 500M square of floors with the scpoe of 20,000 if it turns out well. It has "mild" forklift and scissor lift marks. I was thinking of two stepping it with hot water and a surface cleaner. Since I've never tried to get rubber of before I was wondering if it would do this?

Or do I have to use a solvent such as 2-butyoxyethanol or xylene with it as well to lift the rubber??????

synthectic rubber [99% of all tire's are synthectic] is mostly oil.
Yes d-limonlene will prob work.
There are a couple real good de-greaser's out their that will Also work well.
I would try a chem high in sodium hydroxide is all else failed.
