The chemical injector mixes water and chlorine 5:1. I guess that makes the actual chlorine content 1% by the time it gets to the painted surface. I have been back, and it has stayed in the condition shown in the photos.

I have a window cleaning business, and we added power washing a number of years ago. We clean a lot of pavement, houses, pool screens and the occasional wooden deck. We use 10% chlorine, and we have never had a problem...until now. We cleaned a pool screen and driveway and washed the windows...
