I have incountered several windows that look like they have watter spots all over the window but impossable to remove. It is sometimes behind a screen and sometimes not. Have used everything from sope and water to acitone with negative results. Any suggestions??

My name is Eli and I have been doing this for about a year. I am very new to the site and expect to learn a lot here. I do pressure washing and wash windows. I am thinking of cleaning roofs also. No one here does that. Any advise would be appricated.
