Hey Guys, I have a house next week with powdery white oxidization on the metal siding and the homeowner is wanting to paint after I'm done pressure washing it. Any suggestions (11 herbs and spices?) for removal of the chalky/powdery substance without scrubbing the siding? :cool:

I use 50% water and 50% Zep Calcium, Rust, Lime product and don't let it dwell longer that 60 sec. then rinse. Be careful around metals.

I think to have reasonable expectations on ourselves is a good start. Keep overhead down and make sure each and every job is done well and profitable. If we don't like what we do every day it's best just to stay home and don't get out of bed is my philosophy.
