    Brushing entire house?

I have been asked by a homeowner to give bid on washing his 2-story house. He states that he rented a power washer before to clean it himself, but "it didn't work." He advised that the entire house will probably need to be "washed with a brush." Before going out to look at house, I asked what...

    Business protocol

Accountant vs. do-it-yourself? Phoenix, My advice is if your just starting out or relatively "small", do your taxes yourself (at least for the first few years). Why? Because who knows your business better than you do? It will give you a better understanding of how to run your business...

Doug, I too have a 12 volt burner system and experienced a similar type problem a while back. As Bigboy mentioned, low battery voltage can cause of this type of problem (as mine was), but presented with black smoke from the exhaust instead of white smoke. Not sure if the problem your...

    inline water filters

Brett, The only time I've put antifreeze in my system is to "winterize" it during extreme cold temperatures (not a problem you have) when it will be sitting for an extended time. And even then it's at a 50/50 water to antifreeze ratio. I'm not sure if running antifreeze thru pumps after each...

Not trying to rain on your parade, but it sounds almost too good to be true - "Giving away" 2500 cars/week @ $2.50 each? WOW!!Make sure his "having you take over next year" doesn't mean YOU become his employee/subcontractor having to pay a commission for the work (unless thats what your looking...

    inline water filters

With water supply in my area: typically hard water, well water. Considering 2 inline 50/80 mesh water filters (kind typically found on AG sprayers): one between hose reel and washer, the other between 225 gal tank and washer. Tuff skid is 5.6 gpm 3000 psi with small stock "green cap" filter at...

    surface cleaner "howling"

I have a 24" Steel Eagle w/ approx 30 hrs of use on it. When I was using it today, it started "howling" while running (kinda sounds like a jet engine). Checked the spray tips and none are restricted or clogged; the swivel moves freely; cleans ok. What's causing this problem? Thanks for the help.

    Anyone experience this problem? Help!

I am going to give bid on a 60' x 50' stucco building that contains three small businesses. The problem that I am worried about is on the front they have their plastic business signs (which are individual letters about 12" tall each) extruding out from stucco on small metal studs. Directly...
