your mixture is too weak, try and use your chem(12%) at 75-25 mix(25 water) apply,let dwell 15 mins and just hose off. Keep all flowers and grass wet b/4, during and after real good. Make sure you rinse real good also. should do the trick. :) [hello] By the way 4 gals of bleach is not going to...

i have to clean a driveway friday, it is kinda stamped concrete and beige in color. there are 2 small oil spots and just reg dirt in the crevices. Should i use just a degreaser and soap or will the degreaser hurt the color. Thanks in advance for any input. [hello]

yes 10%, found a place to buy it at $0.86@gal. used shuflo to pump it up to magic wand(pvc) and 10 min dwell and hose with fire nozzel to rinse off while keeping grass around house wet :)

I was asked by a realtor to price cleaning her roof. waen to see it today and man it looks bad(gray asphalt tile completely black). Anyway it is 50 X 65 or 3250sqft, not steep at all. She also wants a protectant applied. Also she wants her house washed(not dirty just spider webs to remove). So...

use a chemical stripper(deckstrip) follow directions after the surface has dried, perform a splash test, if water beads or puddles longer then 10 mins, scrub with a brush and deck brightener and test again. if not, just apply your finish of choice, water base same day if deck is dry to touch...

Good day to all, maybe someone can answer this question? I purchased a 20 inch surface cleaner from NT, with casters. It's surpossed to be 3000psi@2.5gpm. I used a 3000@2.7 pw and could not get it to rotate. Do I just need more gpm to it or am I not seeing something? Thanks for all the knowledge...
