    water runs away from the drains...help!

    I'm doing a fairly large area and it seems the water likes to run away from the drains and settle it areas that are making the job twice as hard. it's indoors and squeeging all this water is becoming a pain.     Cleaning pool screens...

    Any tips on doing this? My neighbor wants theirs done and I havn't done one before. Whats the best method? chemicals, I dont want anything dangerous falling into the pool. They are older so they don't swim much, but I dont want to mess up the ph since they do have grandkids that come over...

    2.8gpm w/ surface cleaner?(possible or not?)

    100,000 sq/f factory

    If you were to do a factory that was once a food plant and 100,000sq/f what would you use? I'm talking chemicals, machine, ect. Stains aren't bad, a little grease here and there and probably more oils like peanut oil and canola oil ect. The factory is no longer in use so i don't think food safe...
