The Items you see on the main page are only the items that are featured. You can find other item by looking through the menu on the left.
Also when you click into a category you will get to a page that says All Files Listed in Category. Make sure to scroll down. The first list is Featured items. There are two other lists below that. Standard listing and Hot.
You can also go to the ALL ITEMS link. You can find that link at the top of any page. It will list everything listed.
