Thanks Chad, I have several Zep products: zeco and super doug, and another oven cleaner. Just looking to see what every body is using in particular? Is it straight Butyl cellulose? Or......? I have a 55gal drum of concentrate mix and looking for the best bang for my $

If you have Suer Doug and Ovenbrite, You are in the ballpark. They both work well. SD is SH based and OB is ph based. I have mixed the 2 a few times. OB is a decent pre soak for carbon. One other thing. SD has a foaming agent in it and works pretty good. I have Used it in a pump up and by other means. OB does not foam

I use the cheapest purple cleaner I can buy for the topical types of cleaning, wipe downs, back splash, etc.. It's all pretty much the same, Purple Power and Super Clean are the two most common I see for sale in stores. I've never used Simple Green, but have heard it works about the same as the Purple stuff. Purple Power is caustic though, and contains less than 1% butyl.

Here's the Purple Power MSDS.

I'm not sure how butyl Simple Green is, or any other product for that matter.
