When replying to a post, or creating a new thread, to add
a picture you need to:
Be sure it is in a jpeg, or gif format.
If the picture is on your computer, you will
need to select "Browse" (to the right of attach file.)
This will upload the file.
There is restrictions on the size of a file you can upload
and you may need to edit the photo to reduce its size.
If the picture is on the internet, you can select "IMG"
and enter the url for the image.
