What is the Best Chemical for cleaning Grease Traps

We also pump and clean grease traps. When you are finished pumping all the grease out and then you wash the trap, you stick and deodorant in the box then seal it. I used NT-MAX Grease Trap Treatment, Grainers Grease trap cleaner and BioZyme which is very expense. What products can anybody recommend?
