I'd do it for that price. Should be about day and half job tops (one person). Your talking 14k at .11 is $1540, at.12 its $1680.
Do a test spot with a butyl based cleaner and some 12.5% to get the right strenghts.
I do not understand your math. 50,000 sq ft at .22 comes to $11,000 not $26,000.
2 guys, 2weeks for $26,000. ??? Assuming an 8 hour day for 2 people for 2 weeks = 160man hours. That comes to $162.50 per man hour.
Seems just a tad high to me, but I do not due condos.

If it is also belching black smoke try changeing the air filter, otherwise try the fuel filter. If not these items take it to a shop and have them check the governer.
There is a company that has made them in the past. As i understand it, there is a problem making the arm strong enough. They have the unit on hold and I do not know what there future plans are.

Take the 2 machines you now have and run your SC with them. You will need to adjust tips. Unless you are doing a lot of concrete, why spend the money, use what you have more effectively.
Ken, he is cleaning hog barns, I think the "pack" is pig crap, feces, or sh*t.
Packpro, I think you need higher flow, go with an 8 gpm, 3000PSI. Try to rent one for a day and see how it does.

I use flojets and put acid through them all the time. Maybe once a year I will need to change out the check valves. Viton seals and a hydrochloric acid based cleaner. The QC and guns don't last but the pumps handle ok.
