HAS ANY ONE EVER THOUGHT OF MAKING A SURFACE MACHINE WITH ROTORY NOZZLES. DO YOU THINK IT MIGHT WORK WITH ENOUGH GROUND CLEARANCE.

There is a company that has made them in the past. As i understand it, there is a problem making the arm strong enough. They have the unit on hold and I do not know what there future plans are.

It has been done on engine powered surface cleaners. To do it on a standard surfacer may not work as the bar will weigh quite a bit.
As far as the arm being strong enough, that is the least of the worries if you make one out of 7/8" aluminum as many companies already do.

Try Northern tools they sell some surface cleaners that have a rotary nozzles, but to my understanding they don't work all that well. A turbo nozzle works much better. They sell one that has a rotating nozzle that works very well.
