Advertising to Apartments & Property Managers

I have a residential gutter cleaning business, but would like to branch out and market my business to apartments & property managers. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to do this? How much should I charge for big apartments? The average house I clean is about $125.00 - $200.00, but I don't know how to gauge the time & cost for apartments.

Thanks.

On a big project like that, it's probably best to charge by linear foot. If it's going to be a regular cleaning you might offer a little discount for a regular contract. Charge a little more for 2nd story gutters or higher. As far as cost, I've see it anywhere from .50 to 1.50 a linear foot. But price depends on alot of variables to say for sure.

I would base it on how long its going to take. Figure out what you need to make per hour and go from there. Is the roof walkable or do you have to move the ladder 5 million times? you need to take all that in consideration.
