Before we clean zem !!

Here is a picture of a before we cleaned it . location - (cow town truck stop) LOL Notice the heavy build up on the fire link!! I have had instances where the restaurant had a flare up and it broke the fire link. As its designed to do. and the conduit housing the fire system cable was so plugged full of baked on crud that the system did not actuate until we cleaned it. Ever dump a dry chemical system? Its like being enveloped in a cloud of thick baking soda. (Tastes good to) lol Have any interesting hood cleaning stories? or pictures? lets see them .

Dont you just Love those kind of jobs. Neglected for years. Yuck.

Actually I did use a flash , if you look to the left of the pipe in center of the round duct hole you should be able to see the heavy build up on the link system. Besides what do you want for 44.99 at Wally world , Camera that is . lol Im going to search through my pictures and see if i can find something you can see better.

after we cleaned the fan

after we cleaned the fan. We try to get them spotless. Time would not allow , had to be out of the way before breakfast rush . hey mike T . Put some of your before and afters up here.
About the flash thing, seems to work better if you have a good lite on whatever your taking a picture of, on my camera if you use the flash by itself at nite it doesnt work that well need a better camera for better resolution.

I had a really dirty one yesterday but didnt want to go to the truck and get the camera. should have.
Next week I have a nasty Country Club to do on Monday. Ill take some before and after's for ya. I do them once a year, and charge them appropreatly.They are outside the city limits so no AHJ. They only want it done during the day. no nights. So they pay annually what it would cost quarterly. I give them a follow up report just to cya myself in case they have a problem during the year. Keep up the good work.

Hey mike T. the follow up report is a gret idea especilly on neglected jobs like this. Have a chance to take those pics yet? Cant wait to see what king of grease ya got down there in Texas. Everything bigger in Texas ya know! lol Mtngoat

Hey ayatollah of grease! Thank you for brighting my pictures I have a program that does the same. Next time I will have to adjust them so you can see them better.
Hows the weather been in cali? 80 here in PA today just melted away the last of the snow on the mountain tops.
Everybody out this way has been suffering from cabin fever,Glad to get out! Went trout fishing for the opener caught a big -0-
there supposed to stock the local streams around here soon

It's getting pretty chilly here in So Cal, I think it got down to about 50 last night, around 65 during the day. We get out our down jackets and longjohns when it gets that cold

Sounds like your typical california candy pants,lol We dont get that stuff out until late December when the temp is around 5 below and I still go out and blow out some systems. Just kidding awful rough winter up here this year still some snow in the shady spots out in the mountains.Hello Spring! mtngoat++
