Our very successful pressure washing business at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri is for sale. More than $30,000 already booked for the season...work is just waiting to be done and paid.

Randy fell from a lift on Monday and we want this thriving business to continue. He'll be ok, but won't be able to work for at least 3 months.

Serious inquiries only.

Thanks guys...

The last thing I said to Randy Monday morning was "be sure to wear your safety harness." Well, he had it on...just not hooked to anything. For cryin' out loud, do us women have to tell men everything? Anyway, as he was laying on the parking lot waiting for the ambulance, the guys said he just kept saying..."Laurie's gonna kill me."

When I finally got to see him in the emergency room I told him I loved him and he said "is that all you have to say to me?"

He's in great spirits and is really, really lucky. He fell from about 20 feet up (out the door of the lift which it appears he didn't close behind him) and has four broken ribs, a punctured lung and a cracked (in several places) pelvis. No neck, head, back, spine, leg injuries...it sure could have been much worse.

I complained all last year about the cost of the worker's comp insurance, but boy, am I glad we spent the money on it now. It's so danged embarrassing to admit to having a careless and stupid employee, but when you're married to him it's even worse. Well, I still love him, temporarily stupid or not.

It's time though I think for him to get out of the business...it's too hard for a guy his age, in a now damaged and broken body to do the physical labor pressure washing at the Lake of the Ozarks require. Because of the steep terrain and the 3-4 story decks, it's difficult even for a young healthy crew. Lots of money here though for someone who wants a nice business.

I'll pass on your greetings to him.

Laurie

Yes,understand,I've been falling alot here lately too,in short order where used to stunble all over the place before I would break a fall but now I hit the ground at what same's 100 mile hour.

Glad he's doing ok and kicking,he's one lucky man in more ways than one but just think,he could dance like Elvis now with a broke pelvis.

Bet he's going say,yel honey I know but I've done it 100 times without falling..........wish I could wish you good luck Randy but you already have it standing at your side so take care man and don't fall out of the fishing chair.

Now just a darn minute here Laurie, do explain this thing about AGE, I mean speaking for myself I feel great, or is that because I am just a recycled teenager VS. some of the OLD folks around here:)

I am guessing Randy is what, late 40s or early 50s? if so he is but a mite kid to me, now take Bigboy, he a bit older but the stumplin he does is from the beer and heat, oh wait it is still cold there, perhaps he slips on ice trying to ice skate.

Do tell Randy we wish him a speedy recovery and not to believe everything he hears from you right now, after all once he is all healed I am sure you will then let go and chew him out!

Your not going to run off on all us here are you, still going to offer your help with SCORE?
