Can someone please help with info on X-Jet

What does an X-Jet do that is so great? I hear all the hype about it, but would appreciate specifics before I go and buy one. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

It allows you to have a higher chemical ratio and it enables the chems to be applied from a further distance, such as reaching higher on buildings, etc.

Stainless steel downstreamers work well too.
