Car Wash Cleaning

I recently inherited some auto car wash accounts - we clean the inside of the car washes every 2 months. What chem would you recommend? We used some R109 today on this and it worked ok, but I am sure there is a better mix to use. Should I use chem or pressure to "cut the soap scum?

I think a acid fallowed with a soap would cut the build up soap scum better then pressure inside of carwashes.

Bigboy is right. You need an acid. I have tried Phosphoric, HF and Muriatic acids. The muriatic seemed to work best. The car washes I did were exceptionally dirty. They had not been cleaned in over 20 years, and were used for hundreds of cars a day. They were for mulitple rental companies at the airport. I did a lot of scrubbing to get those clean.
