Thanks guys......for anyone doing residential work - or even some commercial, this is a natural add-on for services. You can clean patios and porches all day long but after they dry, it's still plain ole' concrete Lovely profit margins as well!

I'm so glad that computers are not required in our line of work.

Terah: That project took less than 2 full working days. The porch is actually about 3 times the size of what is shown in the picture. If we had charged for the project it would have been roughly a $1000 project. We did have optimal conditions with weather & temps, unlike the project we're on currently.

I'm not aware of anyone else on this particular bbs that's doing this but I have managed to get a half dozen or more other pressure washers out there to take the plunge!!
