Hey guys, its been a while since I have been online and I am in my second year of refurbishing decks. I am starting to do a house for a freind and was just needing to know what would be the best way to go about charging him. It is a single story house that he treated with a clear Thompson's seal (no need to laugh). I don't want to charge by the hour so I was just wondering if it should be done as a linear feet or square footage. First house that I will ever be doing ,and maybe the last- lol. Just any help would be appreciated.

I work for myself as well as a construction company and we charge .25 sf for powerwashing, thats in Houston,Tx though and may not work in your area.
