cleaning dryvit

I have shopping center to bid that is dryvit. I've cleaned dryvit before but this has black streaks like you get on gutters. Can I use butyl based cleaner on dryvit to get the streaks off or will it damage it. The company had another cleaning company wash it last year and they could'nt get streaks off and told them they would'nt come off. Would really like to make them happy they got alot of propertys. I cleaned a dryvit house last year, but it was just mold........(green) not that black you are referring to.

I'm not sure what the magic trick you will need to remove it, but, whatever you do, be sure to use very little pressure......like 700 psi or so. I used a 40 degree tip, size 10 (normally use a size 6.5). A dual lance wand would do well also.
