I have only cleaned about 3 roofs,I do not want to power wash a roof, but the cleaner I used I sprayed on and let it lay on the roof and let the rain rinse it off,it took about a year to see the end results and it worked well,is there a cleaner that can be applied and work effectively and be able to rinse off with a spray nozzle on a water hose ? Email me if you wish at countryboyiam2003@yahoo.com.
Thanks

roof cleaner

There is a great cleaner that works but is also highly controversial. If you use bleach. just make sure you are careful with it. I use straight chlorine (diluted by my sprayer 3:1 and it can shoot 6gpm up to 50 ft). It works wonders on things I can bleach. I'm interested in the product you used that took a year to work. very interested. the last thing i saw advertised to work like that cost $1154 per 55 gallons. I'm sorry but I think that is a little high by the time I have it shipped to alabama. I suspect it is OxyClean anyway.

any thoughts from others?

thx,

Doug
