I just had this concrete company call me up and ask me if I could clean and seal some comcrete pads they are going to lay in the next few weeks. I have clean concrete before are there any special precations to use with new concrete? And about sealing the concrete what type of sealer should I use? I have never sealed concrete before is it hard to learn to do? If I can get this job and do a good job this company wants me to start to do this for them all the time. What would you charge to clean and then to seal? they are areas of 20x40 and there are 15 of them to do. I was thinking of chargeing .08 cants per square foot to clean , but no idea about sealing. Please help this could be the break I have been waiting for.
