I am looking to set up another rig for deck cleaning and I cant seem to find a good cold water skid.I really want to use the famous ts2021
for a 3000 psi 5gpm unit but every one is hot water.I dont need hot water.I can make one myelf.Does anyone know what pulley sizes I need and what engine to get the 5gpm as opposed to 5.6 gpm.(that the pump is rated at)

JR,

I would use at least a 14 HP engine as far as the pulleys / sheaves
it depends if you want the full rated gpm you would run the pump at 1450 RPm.

I can probably sell you a completed unit for close to what it would cost you
to build yourself. Call me if you would like me to quote a unit for you.

We have a pretty good deal right now on a Pressure-Pro unit, it is belt
driven and rated 4.8 gpm @ 3000.

Mark,
I had some unexpected expenses come up and have to put off getting a unit until mid May(hopefully)
I need a belt drive, 5gpm 3000 psi skid with a 50 or a hundred gallon tank with float valve and the bypass plumbed to the tank.200 foot hose reel also.I found one similar to this on another site for $2175. I want it to fit in the back of a full size pickup. This will be for an employee to use so I don't want them using my big flatbed.
If you can come up with something. You can email me at jrwoodpowerwashing@bigfoot.com or call me at 9733286650 and I will call you back asap.
