I'm looking to add an employee, and was wonder what everyone else has for an employee hand book. Looking to do it the right wat for myself and the employee.

I got my employee handbook from hte US Forest Service. But the webpage address has changed and I cannot find in now. You might try going to the USForestServcie site and doing a search.
