Extended Liability

Has anyone else been informed that the "Extended Broad Form Property Damage Liability Coverage" has been dropped from insurance policies in several states?
Just wondering.

Thanks

Dan,
I called Joseph Walters insurance for a quote yesterday and followed the printed advise written on the internet by Bonnie.
When I spoke to Bonnie, she told me that most of the states no longer carry the Extended liability. At first I understood her to say they had dropped it all together, but later in the conversation, she said she wasn't sure if it applied in Texas yet.
If it does apply, I suppose that means that whatever we are washing is not covered by the insurance. When I ask her what the purpose of even having insurance, she told me that it covers anything that is damaged by the result of the surface we are washing, such as plants, walls inside the house by seeping water and so forth...
I actually think it is another way the insurance companies have for ripping the consumer off, and the upside is that it helps keep the rates down so we can afford insurance. The sad thing is when someone makes a claim and finds out their wall wasn't covered and then they sue and put a lien on our companies.
If your cleaning the roof and accidently fall or stumble, damaging the wall on the way down, then the wall is covered because you weren't specifically washing the wall.

Sorry I don't have anymore information.
