haha,ron I live dangerous.
Hmmm maybe I should have added I run a stripped down rig......open gun.
No unloader,no flow or psi switch,no highlimit........yes I know how dangerous it is.
I'm having my first problem with the wayne burner system,I've run without a psi,flow,highlimit switch on it,have sences new.Now the burner does not stay lite,burns for awhile goes off but cann't kick back in.I can hear a click and what sounds like a spray in the burner but it isn't firing,I can hear it click and spray but its not spraying any fuel( no fuel filter either).I've cleaned the soleniod and it will work for awhile,I can play with it and it will work again but not for long,as the reason I'm wanting to wire around it,with all the other switches gone I didn't know ifen the transformer had anything to do with it or not.I have the fuel pump that has a buildit in solenoid which has a plugin on top,I can play with the plug and plugin for awhile and it works for awhile and its back to scatching D head as to why.NOW,Saturaday the burner started smoking,had to ajust airband to almost closed which has been wide'open.
Yel,hot battery and checked this and this but hadn't checked that yet as to why its even shuting off unless I turn the burner switch off.

In the absence of a fuel filter the debris, foreign matter etc. would plug up
the filter / strainer inside the fuel pump, if it gets past that filter or if that filter
has been removed it would plug the fuel solenoid.
My suggestion:
Install new fuel pump with a fuel filter. (Racor type)
Install unloader, pressure switch and hi limit.
Use a trigger gun.
You will live longer this way.

In the absence of a fuel filter the debris, foreign matter etc. would plug up
the filter / strainer inside the fuel pump, if it gets past that filter or if that filter
has been removed it would plug the fuel solenoid.

electro ok=scatch head.
rpm on pump ok=scatch head
shots out the bleed valve great=scatch head.
burner ajust several different ways=scatch head.
Think its in the plugin.cleaned it and it fired but at times I have to play with the plugin to get it to fire again or pump fuel in otherwords as the reason I'm not wanting to run a solenoid caN I wire around it........Plus how come I had to rejust the air,that one still puzzel me.

Bigboy, Try one of the new 3RD Hand device on a trigger gun. Not a bad idea for $5.95 each, beats a tennis ball.

however I did find that if i apply acid down. and soap up at the same time I get a wonderfull product ........... cleans really good>>>>>>>>>>>>>with heat... so take that .

weird ant even the word for it Shorty beside me going to hehe at ya every chan'ce I get cuzz think "most" northeasterns are funny looking and sorta on the blank side.
Yel,been thinking bout buying new washer even thought bout buying one last year and even the year before dat,usually buy a new one every two years but sences I gave most all the bussiness away I don't wear one out so fast,nomore then they cost a fellow should buy one every year ifen he's a fultimer,no what I mean.
Think I'll open a supply store with all the newbee's starting this year,looks like the year again for the powerwashes on every street corner,been though this powerwasher big'eyes before.Already know some want make it as to the prices they are charging.Sure I've been helping them but they want listen to how much to charge,they think they smarter me as to drop the price 15 to 20 a rig,hahaha dum butts I callem,even to their face when asking for help.They think all they haveta figure is the chemical and fuel they use as to get their prices,haha dum butts.
I like a open'gun and a stripped down rig,it's almost problem free dat way,it's not for lazy people dat for sure,see no need for all dat fancy stuff in fleetwashing and heavy eqt..a trigger makes ya lazy.
Glad your learning new things in learning on how to be a truckwasher instead of a fleetwasher,some downstreamers want last long dat way ifen useing to hot of water.If you want to see a powerwasher scream plumb your chemical line 3/4 in. to the upstream side and apply as you did,then just wash off,speed comes in many ways with a long day ahead.
We got rain again for the next two days,rained Monday too and this weekend looks like rain plus I didn't get to wash last weekend b/c of rain,its funny cuzz its hard on newbee's cheap prices hahaha,payday doesn't come every weekend around here as they thought,I get to say I TOLD YA SO lol.......glad tho some don't listen,its good for bussiness.Besides I get to get reed of old stuff I don't want nomore to the newbee's,give some,sell some,sure wish I had a supply store hahaha.
Goofed off Monday and going to goof off today maybe Wed'day too ifen it still looks like rain for weekend but need to work on burner inbetween there.Think I'll just do away with the fuel pump and hook a flo-jet up to the fuel nozzle *LOL*

3/4 line into upside? whatcha mean bout dat?
I have just a 1/4 '' line which is plumbed off of my 3/4 suction line from tank....
which is hooked to an up-strem injector and a solenoid .. wired to remote<<
then outa the solenoid to a 3 way valve and into 2 seperate chem tanks.............
now if'en I do it your way how will i make that 1/4" into 3/4"

heck yel I understand ya think I'm stupid,cost you to much to change over to 3/4 tightwad.
Dang it if if if if ifen I ever decide and when I order my new pooooowerwasher I'm fixen to change my ways of washing and have everyway thinkable for the new way or less say my new way......................got to many sticks in the fire for now tho.Guess I just need to go buy new 1 ton and new rig and paint it all fire-'yeller with a rainbow saying "ifen ya boo'erman dirty call the fireball."".
