Granite building

Ive got a 3 story building to bid that is granite. Its 18 storys just bottom 3 are granite some polished some not. It's not actually to dirty just some streaks here and there. Will a neutral soap work on this or do I need special chems for granite. If soap will work how many sq ft an hour does it take to clean granite. Ive already taken into account there will probably be scrubbing involved. Any help,need to Give bid price by tommorrow. Thanks Greg/Splash & Dash

I was recently at a cinder block company and noticed a product designed for polished granite (put out by Prosoco). I'll see if I can find the product and write you again this afternoon.

Ask for Stand Off - Heavy Duty Detergent. Per their inside Cust Svc, this is safe for Polished Granite.
