If you are getting water in your pumpoil than you have to replace the packings and seals in the pump...... Your screwed !!!!!! I buy complete kits for bigger machines for about $200.00.....

Worn pump packing can allow water to get past the oil seals, allowing water in to the crankcase. The oil seals may still be OK they are designed to keep oil in the crankcase, not to stop high pressure water from entering the crankcase. Parts for your pump should be less than for a commercail pump.

Before you waste a bunch of money replacing the packings and the seals I would just replace the oil seals and test it. I had a problem with a Hydrotek where the pump oil turned milky. It was simply a bad oil seal. If you have a cracked plunger it would allow water to pass through the oil seals as well.
