I just finished our 3rd garage in three weeks and....

We are DEEP cleaning an average of over 300,000 sq ft per day with our current equipment. This is full reclamation and rinse down of every square inch of a Parking Garage Facility. I have known that some Garage Cleanings only do "Spot" cleaning of the stains and consider that as cleaning the entire garage. We at the Crystal Cleaning Company LLC do not. When we clean, it is done inch by inch, every inch.

I am currently having my sub run the entire field operation. This is stressful for him especially when the EPA is filming us for violations while also, the security cameras of the garage are zoomed in on us, and the filtration units as well.

Last night my contractor was 100 percent in control of the job site. I actually left the area, nervously I might add. I came back 9 hours later and to my surprise, he did a fabulous job. Everything was cleaned and the sludge taking care off in 5 gallon buckets. Machines rinsed/ washed and put away.

We have 2 more garages this month, but I am thinking of taking the rest of the month off and giving my Sub a bonus for December. Since I have pneumonia, the night air is not good for me and I really depended on him during this time.

My sub is also tired from the 20 hour days. So I am going to total up the books and close them. I have a few more smaller jobs this month, but for the most part... WE ARE CLOSED. YAHOO !!!! [bp]

I forgot that you know BOB. I'd better watch what I say...

I have decided to repaint his trailer, and repair his rig. To make his rig " New Like". With new tires, new paint, new coils, new belts, etc...

What's left over I will give him in cash.

Ya, just like a " New Look".

Bob has been with us for over 5 years now. We have trained him and his guys in OUR UNIQUE way of cleaning Parking Garages. He has a good heart and can be a great worker, though we do but heads from time to time on what is considered " CLEAN ".

Last year, Bob Grossed over 6 figures with us. I would like to get him some smaller accounts in the Sac area. Regular maintenance stuff, though I do not concentrate our sale resources in that area of work.

If there is any work that some cannot do in N. California, let me know. I will put you in touch with Bob.

I am sorry, I was informed that this year he ALMOST grossed 6 figures. Though I have not confirmed this, I have no reason to doubt it. My bad.

We are also going to start having a " Check off list" We had some issues, and I hope that this " Check List" and having a "Change Order" sheet will help to prevent it.

Recently on one for those garages we did, a worker instructed my Sub to bypass certain areas. Since we deep clean, this area was noticeably darker. Even though procedures was followed with date, time and name, the worker who instructed our team to bypass, later denied it when confronted with upper management. By having the change order in writing, I hope this will solve those issues.
