Got called to do a severe mold ,fungas removal on 450sq ft on indoor outdoor (green) carpet,at a condo by the lake.Took 2 hours using 50/50 household bleach/water and some decent pressure.When we were all done the neibour comes over,tells me he wets it,pours staight bleach on his,leaves it for two hours and just squegees it down. Obviously I'm wrong. I was a little leary as to how long the bleech could be on it & at what strength, without any ill effect. Anyone out there have personal experiance with this situation?????????? Turns out,the lady would like it done once a year.
