interior cleaning

I am bidding on cleaning inside floors in a chiller room not done this before. All electric equipment is on concrete pads 6 inches above the floor. I will need to push water to drains. they also want all equipment and pipes,ductwork cleaned. Need advice on this type work pricing,procedures any hints to make the job go smoother.

Greg,
I'd make sure all electrical equipment is locked out. You will probably want to use a rotary surface cleaner on the floor area with a heavy duty degreaser. as far as other areas I would try to avoid spraying a lot of water and try to clean the ducks and overhead pipe work with long handle brushes.
