I am involved with a project now that never should have happened. A local restaurant had a fire in there hood. The hood was cleaned 1 month ago, but the plenum was almost plugged solid with old grease and debri. I pulled chunks of it out the size of bricks. This facility will be closed for 2 weeks for repairs and hood replacements, during there busy season, all because of sub-standard work. That contractor has a world of misery coming his way, what a shame.
