I understand the risk of going into this business as a sole porprietor, but I just read some information that says that my state may not recognize or allow single member LLCs. If I can't form an LLC then I imagine SP is the only viable option for me. Are there any sole proprietors here in the PW business? Thanks!

As for now I go SP but the more you make then go with LLC or INC
then sam will want to know more about your money..and the meetings all the good stuff
