worksawg,
We have used Menwood quite a bit in the past with excellent results. It is a little on the expensive side but the warranty is outstanding. How expensive -- $179.95 per 5 retail for clear or $199.95 for 5 retail for pigmented finishes. On a deck you apply Menwood 200 1st coat initially then a year later recoat with Menwood 200 base. From that point Menco issues a 4 year warranty for the product. On a house it is a similar process except the warranty is 7 or 10 years based on whether or not you use the clear versus pigmented stains. From a contractors point of view you can frequently secure business for the following year using the Menwood finishes but you have to be able to justify the cost to the homeowner. It is just another tool in are belt for us. We now use and distribute the MenWood 200 line as well as using Ready Seal and Wolman. Some finishes just work better for certain situations!
Check it out...
