Hey PW professionals,
What discount is a trade percentage for monthly washing. The area washed is usually as dirty month to month. (high traffic)

Depends...

on if it's just 1 site - no discount. Multiple sites within a reasonable driving distance to each other (metro locations like banks) - we're pulling 10% out.

One account has 15 sites that are up to 120 miles apart - no discount for monthly flatwork pw'ing, but we discount upcharges (striping, window washing, etc.).
