You will work with real equipment and real components including


• Complete canopy exhaust system hood with filters, ducts and access panels


• Restaurant fixed pipe fire suppression system


• Working water wash hood and control panel


• Complete fan assembly


Certified trainers will show you


• How to handle water wash control panels the right way


• How to work safely around fire suppression systems


• How to use portable fire extinguishers


• Basic pressure washer maintenance and care of other cleaning equipment


• How to mix and store cleaning chemicals safely


• Wastewater management techniques that keep you compliant


You will practice with different pressure washers, cleaning tools and accessories so you can decide which setups fit your business without overspending.


You will also install UL listed access panels, hinge kits and grease containment systems, giving you skills that put you ahead of most exhaust cleaners.


Field work


You will tour live restaurant systems and see how to handle real situations you will face in the field.


Where possible we talk with owners and managers to learn what they expect from a professional cleaning service.


You will ride with cleaning crews, see how trucks are set up and organized, and perform actual cleaning work on different systems using several techniques so you can choose the fastest and most profitable methods that still meet the standard.

You will sit with office staff and see

CERTIFICATION TEST


The open book Certification Test is included in your tuition. No extra membership fee is required to sit for the test.
