Oxalic Acid

Just looking for some confirmation here on applying oxalic acid. I want to use it to brighten freshly cleaned concrete.

1. Is 3 pounds Oxalic mixed with water (5 gallons) a good
ratio to use?

2. Will it be o.k to run it through a Sureflo pump?

Wasn/t sure if it would damage the pump or significantly
reduce the pumps life. I know 12% chlorine takes its toll
after a while. Even when flushing with straight water for a
few minutes after each use.

I shoot with a Shurflow Pump all the time doing decks no problem so far.

If it does go thats fine it's paid for itself so much I could buy 5 more and still be ahead.

Just run some clear water after.
