Pay scales around your areas?

What do you guys and gals with companys pay you your help ( MEANING EMPLOYEES) ?
Maybe a formen then his workers ?

The reason I am asking is I am from the mn area and will be starting up another crew but don't know what to pay the formen that will lead the crew as well as his employees any input will be nice. What is the pay comprable too .( jaintors,painters,framers,roofers) Any info is great by the way the whole luch jokes......was that really funny?

Pay them the same as the other crew? Why is the new crew any different?
Me telling you my pay scale wouldn't help you much since you are in MN area.
Also what do you do. Just houses, concrete, wood?
The guys that do wood get paid different than a guy that does just house washes, or concrete.
A cook (Good hourly) gets paid more than a dishwasher (Min Wage).
