help,I'm fixen to give bid on a pizza hut,,,its asphalt,mainly the dirt is what they're wanting off.I don't need a sq'ft. price I need to know what most charge for a average size pizza hut first time cleaning and monthly as a totaL price for each.

I know the hourly thing but need to know about what the total is on most pizza huts.

The ones in florida dont want to pay very much. but i would charge anywhere from 75 to 125 a month. most all free standing pizzahuts are roughly the same size. shouldnt take more than 1 hour to do no matter how dirty it is. thats for the concrete sidewalks around the building. sweeping companies uaually take care of the parking lots. not sure if your talking sidewalks or parking lot.

Ah I know, your getting to old to do fleets nowadays so you desire flat work.

As for asphalt I just use a blower unless the customer wants it washed, then cold water rinse is all I would do.

big-boy as a matter of fact I just did one in our area about 2 weeks ago >>> I charged them 250.00 to do what you are saying ........but I also washed down the frt. of the building << no soap just wahed it down .................

Hahaha Mark dat thing got leaks but gosh what a lowballer I could be with dat thing.

No,trucks not drive away they still here somewhere,I thought everybody said ya had to start out in flatwork so I was going to take a course,I thank everybody for the answering.I havn't gotten back with him,was ask to by 8 lastnight.I had 225 down in my mine when I looked at it as a fair price at my gpm.

I know I'm being setup and being used by a newbee,I'll tell more later me and the boys are going to go eat at McDonalds and they are already setting in the truck hallowering pa PA we're ready,lol.
