Pump & Motor Hesitateing While running?

My pump & or motor is Hesitateing while running Could this be bad unloader? Pump Shot? Bad Bearings?
Electric drive unit 115 volt motor.
alkota machine Italian pump. Belt Drive. Hammer mite fix it!!
Almost came to complete stop. Sprayed bearings and pump with WD 40. What do you think guys?

Yes it "could be a bad unloader" or a number of different things. Do you have the proper size nozzle in unit?

What model machine is it?

Unloader out of adjustment? (Too much pressure)

Improper voltage to machine, too long or too light of a power cord to machine.

Mark Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to talk to me. I will repair or replace extension cord and take it from there. Im looking forward to recieving your parts catalog. I belive a couple of new hoses are in order with a few other miselaneous parts. Mtngoat.

A yepper!

Cord needs to be replaced on the male end. Did female end last week should have done both at same time. I should have a 10 guage cord on it anyway,currently I have 12. Looks like atrip to the hardware store is in order. Cord shows black on the outside of the copper. This comes from inferior voltage. Popping Breakers!
I will end up rewireing the whole thing eventualy, Had this problem with previous machine. Also had problems with the cam switch on previous machine,it would not make proper contact and the machine would cut out from the vibration of running so we swithed from cam switch to regular wall lite switch. It works great as long as it doesnt get wet. Mtngoat

Get a 10 gauge cord and eliminate a lot of headaches, I can get you one if you can not find locally.
