I do a fare amount of work for a polymeric sand company based out of Montreal. They have asked me to solve some problems for them in NJ. Way to far for me to send any of my guys at this time of year.
Your job is to blast the sand out that didn't set up, and then depending on your knowledge, reinstall the new sand.
