We just did a Mercedes dealership that was mostly Dryvit, it had never been washed (12 years old) before had everything from black streaks, rust stains and mildew growing on it. Had no problems except in one section they had a dozen or so patch jobs that were not done very well so that section was not washed very hard. Other than that the stuff held up pretty good we used a 4010 tip on it @ 3000psi and heat @ 190° F.
