Removing Latex paint from concrete floor

Any ideas other than heat and a 5 deg nozzle or rotary nozzle? It is for a interior garage floor and I do not want to leave ghost marks. Goof-off?

Are you recoating afterward? Is the current coating flaking or coming off in some way?

The concrete is not painted or sealed previously. The customer painted the garage walls and has spilled or dripped latex paint onto the floor.

Price to wash the whole floor. Heat will take it right up. When you are done washing coat the floor with oxalic acid.

Thank you for the advice. Would I leave the OA on the floor or rinse that off?

Ken......... I have a commercial customer with a large concrete patio that has been painted and the paint is coming up in places. How can I remove all the paint?
I clean it now with 175 D hot water + chem. Thanks Dan
