Information is power. With my old system, I could only do a future projection manually, with Serviceworks it is simply one click, and I know my projected income for next month..year etc. Nice stuff.

I am calling customers right now from the calendar, in 'day' mode, and I would like to have the customer's phone number displayed, how can I customize the fields shown on the calendar?

If you want phone numbers to be displayed on the calendar for quick viewing purposes, try the following.

When entering the address information in for each location in the customer's file, you will notice there is three tabs in the address entry window. One of these tabs is called contact, on this tab you will see fields for phone number entry. If you enter in the phone numbers here, they will appear in the schedule details sections on all calendar views. We had to do it this way because of the ability to have many job locations within one single customer file.

If you happen to be in the dispatch board and need the customer's phone info, simply right hand click on the desired customer's job info line, a menu will popup wth phone numbers being an option.
