stain on concrete

Has anyone seen this---- Newer concrete, maybe 3 yrs old, Had topsoil and manuer dropped on it for around 3 hours. Now there is a dark stain where it layed that wont come off. tried many different chems inc. Sodium hypochlorite, which would usually dissolve the stain without any problem but it didnt even come close. It almost looks like the topsoil an maneur etched the concrete. Anyone ever see anything like this? Thanks. Also the concrete may be newer than 3 yrs.

On some of the new construction jobs we have done we have seen things similar to what you describe.

It seems that the concrete finisher has either done a poor job and allowed dirt onto the slab during finish, or there was some type of contamination during the pour, or perhaps there was some damage while the concrete was still green. At any rate at that point it's generally under the seal and without grinding, it's going to be pretty tough to get it out.
